If I could give zero stars to this company, I would ! I am beyond frustrated. This has got to be by far the worst experience I ever encountered. Bought a present for my hubby for Xmas and clearly it does seem like he’ll ever get it. I just want a refund at this point. Money out my account and no shoes lol. You guys got to better or just shut down. I WISH I read the reviews before purchasing.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had (and still having) in my life.I was really stupid because I ordered something, even after seeing the huge number of bad reviews they have.Bought a pair of shoes on the 5th, they shipped them on the 7th. Website said it was going to be delivered between 11th and 13th.Emailed them on the 12th they said to allow 21 days to deliver to Ireland (what’s the point of the estimated delivery then????)Tracking finally updated on the 18th “sorted by distribution centre”; stuck like this for more than a week. On the 26th another updated “sorted by distribution centre”, keep contacting the customer service and they keep going “oh sorry” but are not helping AT ALL.Today, after another email, tracking got updated that the parcel is going back to their warehouse.Today, 28th, so exactly after the 21 days their Customer Service stated, I’m left like an idiot waiting for a pair of shoes.Just requested a refund and if they don’t reply I’ll open a controversy through PayPal.Just a ridicolous company, don’t be like me, save yourself a hassle and buy from somewhere else.Edit: They did not resolve anything, Today 17th of February I’m still waiting on my refund that, according to them, was processed on the 1st and “reprocessed” on the 12th.Edit2: February the 19th: Just opened a controversy through PayPal, will update on developments

Awful Scam of a Business

These people are awful. I never received my order. It took weeks for them to finally agree to refund me for it and I haven't even received the refund to this day and I ordered in December... it is now May and this issue is still not resolved. They continue to say "we will follow up with our finance department". They have no problem with taking your money and not fixing their errors and they will do all of that while lying to your face about working hard to fix it. Just shop somewhere else it's not worth the risk I promise.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Bought a pairs of DMs for my mums birthday on 14/03/21 paying also for next day delivery and come today the 17/03/21 still no delivery! Contacted on message app and online chat and couldnt have been less helpful and slower to reply with still no outcome to my problem will never order from them again

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Purchased a pair of Coach shoes (not cheap) from this "company" and I use that term loosely! After having them on my feet for one day, the sole came apart from the shoe itself. Phone number doesn't work, they didn't reply to my emails so eventually got them on Twitter. They asked for pictures which I sent, then wanted more of the soles to make sure i hadn't done the damage myself (only had them a couple of days) and then when they were happy with the pictures after relentlessly requesting more pictures, they said they needed to contact the brand directly before I could return them. I cannot understand how that has anything to do with me! Obviously, that's their issue to take up with the brand, I purchased from All Sole, not Coach. Absolute joke of a company, AVOID! And before you (All Sole) send me your apologies and tell me to contact you via my account IT DOESN'T WORK, I'VE ALREADY TRIED THAT SEVERAL TIMES!

Very straight forward and easy to use

Very straight forward and easy to use. Got the boots I wanted and didn’t take long to be delivered also had alerts as to when my boots were to arrive. Very happy with my boots and the service . Will be buying from Allsole again .

Unreliable Accounts Dept

I returned a pair of boots on on Oct 24th.Finally after many many emails they said my refund had gone through on Dec 27th. It had not. I have asked for evidence a number of times and had no response.
